摘要
辅导员是高等学校教育的重要组成部分,是高校学生日常管理工作的指导者、组织者和实施者。辅导员与学生的日常沟通,是其日常管理工作的重要一环,这是了解学生,为学生解决问题的重要途径。但现在辅导员与学生总体交流情况不是很理想,文章在总结辅导员管理工作规律的基础上,提炼出学生管理工作的交流方法与途径,回答了如何通过与学生交流,提高辅导员工作效率的问题。
Counselor is an important role of higher education,who is the guidance of college students in the daily man- agement, organizer and executor. Communication among counselors and students in daily is an important part of the dai- ly management of the work. which provides an important way for students to solve the problem. But now counselors and students＇ communication in general is not very ideal, the article at the conclusion of the counselors management rules based, extract methods and solutions to the exchange of students management work, answer how to improve instructors＂ work efficiency via communication with students.
