环京津区域城市碳排放效应及时空格局分析 被引量:15

摘要 利用2000-2013年的土地利用、能源消费量数据及相关统计数据,采用碳排放系数法,对环京津区域5个城市的碳排放效应及时空格局进行了测算和分析。结果表明:1)2000-2013年,环京津区域城市净碳排放总量呈逐年递增趋势,从2000年的4 264.21万t增加到2013年的20 389.78万t,年均增加约1 240.43万t,其中建设用地碳排放起主导作用。2)环京津区域5个城市净碳排放总量和单位GDP碳排放量间差异性均较大,其中净碳排放总量唐山市最高,其次为石家庄、张家口、保定和廊坊。以2011年为例,唐山市净碳排放总量高于其他4个城市总量之和;单位GDP碳排放量唐山和张家口最高,且两市较为接近,其次为石家庄、保定和廊坊。3)近14年环京津区域单位GDP碳排放量总体上呈下降趋势,但2000-2005年表现为随人均GDP增加而上升的趋势,并于2005年达到近14年的峰值1.8t/万元;由于森林覆盖率较高,张家口市表现出较强的碳汇功能,然而其人均GDP相对较低,单位GDP碳排放量却一直处于较高水平。在相关研究结果的基础上,提出了区域碳减排相应措施和对策。 According to the data of land use,energy consumption and the relevant statistical data from 2000 to 2013,we measured and analyzed the effects of carbon emissions and their spatial-temporal patterns around Beijing and Tianjin.The results showed that the net carbon emissions had an increasing trend with the average speed of 1 240.43×10^4 t/a,from 4 264.21×10^4 t in 2000 to 20 389.78×10^4 t in 2013 and the construction land carbon emissions played a leading role.The net carbon emissions and carbon emissions per GDP were markedly different in 5cities around Beijing and Tianjin.The net carbon emission in Tangshan was the largest,Shijiazhuang,Zhangjiakou and Baoding took the second place,and Langfang was the lowest.The carbon emissions per GDP showed a relatively higher level in Tangshan and Zhangjiakou with the similar,and Shijiazhuang,Baoding and Langfang took the second place.The net carbon emissions presented the increasing trend along with the increase of per capita GDP from 2000 to 2005,and reached the peak of 1.8tper 10 thousand yuan.With the higher forest coverage,Zhangjiakou has a stronger carbon sink,but its per capita GDP showed a lower level and the net carbon emission at a higher level.Based on relevant research results,some measure and suggestions were presented for reducing carbon emissions.
