西部民族地区学前教育与师资队伍情况调查及对策建议——以云南省丽江市为例 被引量:4

摘要 西部民族地区学前教育仍是我国学前教育发展的薄弱环节,通过自编调查问卷对云南省丽江市学前教育的总体情况和师资队伍情况进行了分析。并提出了几点建议:继续落实政府职责,加大农村民族地区学前教育投入和建设;定点实验,因地制宜,探索多种形式的山区、乡村学前教育;加大民办幼儿园扶持力度,鼓励建设城镇普惠园;重视民族文化、民族语言的传承教育;提高教师收入水平,保障教师合法权益;积极开展各种形式的培训,提高师资水平。 Pre--school education in western minority areas of China is still the weak part for the development of pre--school education in our country. The author makes an analysis of the general situation of preschool education and teaching staff in Lijiang by self--designed questionnaire. Some suggestions are proposed to help solve the existing problems. Government is supposed to perform its responsibilities and increase the input in preschool education in rural area. Forms of pre-school education should vary in accordance with the specific situation. Private kindergartens and welfare kindergartens should gain enough support and encouragement. Attention should be given to the teaching and inheritance of national culture and language. Teachers" welfare should be improved in an all-round way. Teaching training activities should be carried out to improve teachers quality.
