摘要
佐剂是许多人用疫苗的重要组成部分。疫苗中加入佐剂不仅能增强抗原的免疫原性,节省疫苗用量,还能扩大疫苗诱导免疫应答的范围,诱导交叉保护。铝佐剂是经典的人用流感疫苗佐剂,能提高抗原特异性抗体滴度,诱导强的体液免疫应答。此文就流感疫苗中应用的铝佐剂的性质、作用机制、在流感疫苗中的应用研究进行总结和分析,并对佐剂研究的进一步发展提出见解。
Adjuvants are essential components of many human vaccines. The addition of adjuvants to vaccines can efficiently increase immunogenicity of antigens, allow dose-sparing, and expand breadth of immune response to vaccines to induce cross-reaction. Aluminium adjuvants are the most classical adjuvants in human influenza vaccines. They have the capacity of enhancing antigen-specific antibody titers and inducing potent humoral immunity. In this article, the property, action mechanism and applica- tion research in influenza vaccines of aluminium adjuvants are outlined, also the thoughts and proposals about further development of adjuvants are addressed.
