摘要
采用乳液接枝聚合技术在聚丁二烯乳胶(PBL)粒子表面接枝共聚丙烯腈和苯乙烯单体,通过改变聚合工艺条件合成了一系列ABS接枝共聚物,将其与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)树脂熔融共混制备ABS树脂。主要考察了PBL存放时间、胶乳粒径、接枝单体丙烯腈含量、接枝聚合温度等对ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明,减少PBL存放时间、降低单体丙烯腈含量有利于提高产品的白度,但会降低产品的冲击性能;降低聚合温度有利于提高ABS树脂的冲击性能和白度;增加PBL小粒径胶乳的含量会降低ABS树脂的冲击强度,提高白度。
In this paper,the polybutadiene grafting styrene-co-acrylonitrile polymer(ABS)was synthesized by grafting styrene-co-acrylonitrile onto PB rubber particles with seeded emulsion polymerization technique.ABS resins were prepared by blending these ABS grafting copolymers with styrene-co-acrylonitrile polymer(SAN rensin).And then,the effects of PBL latex residence time,PBL latex particle size,grafting monomer acrylonitrile content,graft polymerization temperature on the properties of ABS resins were investigated.The results showed that reducing the PBL latex residence time and the acrylonitrile monomer content is beneficial to improve the whiteness,but will reduce the impact strength of products,reducing the polymerization temperature is helpful to improve the impact strength and the whiteness of ABS resin,increasing the PBL small diameter latex content will reduce the impact strength of ABS resin and improve the whiteness,but has little effect on optical performance.
