摘要
针对三维机加工艺工序间模型轻量化文件较大不便于网络传输的问题,通过对三维机加工艺工序间几何模型进行研究,建立了一种对三维机加工艺工序间模型重复三角面片数据的匹配共用方式,并利用后缀数组的方法实现匹配过程的效率优化,并最终实现三维机加工艺工序间模型轻量化文件的压缩效果。
In order to solve the problem that the large file of 3D machining process models is transferred slowly in the network, a compression method is established through sharing the common triangular facets between process sequence models. Suffix arrays are used to optimize the process of the same triangular facet sequence matching. The result of experiments shows this method is valid for 3D machining process models file compression.
