摘要
卡套式管接头是20世纪50年代发展起来的一种管路连接件,具有密封性能良好和拆装操作便捷的特点,在航空液压系统中有着广泛的应用。针对某型M18X1.5卡套式管接头,通过对结构的合理简化建立有限元模型,使用NASTRASN有限元分析软件的SOL 600计算模块进行隐式非线性分析,求解得到该型卡套式管接头形成有效密封后各部件的应力大小及分布,为卡套式管接头的结构性能优化和装配过程合理化提供理论参考。
The bite type fitting is a pipeline connector developed in the fifties of the 20th centiry. It is widely used in aviation hydraulic system because of its performances of the perfect sealing and convenient assembly and disassembly. The M18X1.5 bite type fitting is taken as an example. Through setting up the simplified FEM model of the pipe connector, the implicit nonlinear calculation module (SOL600) of the FEA software, NASTRAN is used to analyze its implicit nonlinear structure. The analysis results provide the theoretical basis for its structural optimization and reasonable assembly.
