摘要
针对SGJ-35盘圆砂钢机工作时的振动和噪声问题,通过振动测试获取振动参数,利用UG和ADAMS软件进行动力学分析,测量出各个偏心部件的质心位置,结合双平面动平衡法理论计算方法,以主轴轴承支反力最小化为目标,获得了平衡面上最优的偏重质量,提出了添加偏重的改进方案。使前后支撑轴承的支反力分别减小了84.6%和40%,有效地降低了系统的振动和噪声。
Because the vibration and noise of SGJ-35 bundled bar polishing machine exist in operation, its vibration parameters should be obtained by the vibration test and the softwares of UG and ADAMS are used to do its dynamic analysis and measure the centroid position of each eccentric part and combined with the method of dual plane balancing ,the minimization of the bearing reaction force of the spindle is taken as the object to achieve the perfect balancing mass on the balancing plane and find out its centreid position, to reduce the reaction forces of the support bearings to 84.6% and 40%, thus reducing the vibration and noise of the system effectively.
