基于平面光栅的加工中心反向尖角分析

摘要 介绍了用圆轨迹法测量数控机床精度的一般概念,给出了反向尖角产生的基本原理,介绍了平面光栅实验装置的构成和实验调试以及数据处理过程,应用平面光栅在加工中心上验证了反向尖角与轨迹半径、进给速度之间的关系,对提高数控机床精度有一定的参考意义。 This paper introduces the general concept of measuring the accuracy of CNC machine tools by using the circle trajectory method the basic principle of the reverse angle, the sfructure of the testing device for the plane grating and its debugging and testing data processing process. The plane grating is used in machining center to verify the relationship between the reverse angle and locus of radius, feed rate. It gives a reference to improving the accuracy of NC machine tools.
