船用柴油机SCR系统反应器单元压力损失研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对船用柴油机SCR系统反应器单元压力损失问题,分析了压力损失产生的因素,建立了压力损失的计算方法,通过样机实验,进行了计算值与实验值的对比。结果表明:该计算方法所得到的计算结果与实验测试数据吻合,且局部压力损失是造成反应器单元压力损失的主要因素。 Due to the pressure loss of marine diesel engine SCR system's reactor, the causes of the pressure loss are analyzed. The calculation methods for the pressure loss are deduced and the calculated values are compared with the experimental values by experiment. The result shows that the result calculated by the method coincides with the experimental data. Its main cause is that the local pressure loss results in the pressure loss of the reactor.
