摘要
设计了一种能在规定距离内将具有一定质量和速度的物体实施摩擦制动刹车,以保证运动物体安全的新型制动装置。建立了包括运动物体、制动装置、导轨在内的刹车系统的仿真模型,通过动力学仿真分析软件对采用一对制动装置的刹车系统的摩擦片受力状态及全系统的运动情况进行了仿真分析,验证了该系统的可行性。
A new type brake device is proposed. It can be used to brake the moving object with some mass and speed within required distance by friction brake and ensure the safety of the moving object. The simulation model of the brake system consisting of the moving object, brake device and rail, is established. The dynamic simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the subjected forces on the friction pieces and the movement parameters of the whole system with a pair of brake devices to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed brake device.
