摘要
液压凿岩钻车在高速凿岩时,经常会出现卡钎现象。以瑞典Atlas Copco公司先进的液压凿岩钻车FlexiRoc T35/T40为研究对象,分析了液压凿岩钻车的智能防卡钎系统。研究利用回转压力缓变情况下无级控制推进系统推进力及推进速度来预防缓变卡钻,利用回转压力突变信号控制推进系统回退来预防卡钻,阐述了利用吹渣压力突变信号控制推进系统回退来预防卡钻的智能防卡控制系统的工作原理。对国产液压凿岩钻车的防卡功能设计方面有一定的实际意义和借鉴作用。
When hydraulic rock drill rig operates at a high speed, its rod is jammed frequently. This paper takes the product Flexi- RocT35/T40 of Atlas Copco as research object to analyze the automatic control system of anti-jamming protection for the hydraulic rock drill rig. When the rotation pressure rises slowly, this system can be used to control the continuous change of the drill feed, so as to prevent the slow rod form being jammed. According to the signal of the rotation pressure(sudden up and down) , it can be used to control the backward running of the feed cylinder to prevent the rod from being jammed. Air flushing is used to discharge the drilling cuttings, if the signal of the air flushing pressure is suddenly changed, it can be used to control the backward running of the feed cylinder to prevent the rod from being jammed. It also researches on the automatic control system of anti-jamming protection and its working principle to improve its design. It is of the actual reference meaning to the domestic hydraulic rock drill rig.
