摘要
通过国内外弯曲试验标准和晶粒度控制对比分析,提出了提高我国铜及铜合金带弯曲性能的方法。1.借鉴于ASTM的优秀部分,尽快制定专用的铜及铜合金带弯曲试验标准,或完善我国现有铜及铜合金带弯曲试验引用标准体系;用更高的标准推动我国铜及铜合金带行业发展。2.连接器厂商和铜带厂通过细化晶粒和晶粒均匀性的控制,可以提高铜及铜合金带的弯曲性能,甚至整体的综合力学性能。
After comparing standards for bending test grain control at home and abroad,some methods are provided to improve bending property of copper and copper alloy strip in China. Firstly,according to advantage of ASTM,it is to establish a special standard for bending test for copper and copper alloy strip,or update the current standard system for bending test for copper and copper alloy strip in China,and push the development of copper and copper alloy strip industry with higher standard. Secondly,with refine grain and control grain size uniformity,the users and manufacturers of copper strip can improve bending property and even whole mechanical property of copper and copper strip.
