摘要
目的探讨药师重视医德语言在窗口服务中的作用。方法通过对医德语言更深层次的分析,整理出具体内容并作为药房窗口服务的重要组成部分。结果医德语言是建立良好药患关系的载体,表达情感的工具。结论药师掌握并运用好医德语言是提高窗口服务质量的重要途径,也是预防、治疗疾病和维护、促进健康的武器。
Objective To investigate the importance of medical ethics language in the pharmacy window service. Methods Based on the more in- depth analysis of medical ethics language,specific contents were sorted out and used as an important part of the pharmaceutical services window. Results The medical ethics language was the carrier and an emotional expression tool of establishing good hospital- patient relationship. Conclusion The pharmacists grasping and making good use of medical ethics language is an important way to improve the service quality of the pharmacy window,also is the weapon for prevention and treatment of disease and health maintenance.
