摘要
两亲性超分子的自组装主要是基于分子之间的非共价键相互作用,自组装成形貌各异的稳定聚集体,并可以通过外界刺激响应来实现两亲性分子的自组装与去组装.两亲性分子在外界条件变化下改变原有形貌形态,源于非共价键具有良好的可控性和可逆性.本文综述了具有两亲性的有机小分子、高分子、生物分子的自组装以及外界刺激对两亲性分子自组装的影响,并介绍了两亲性分子自组装的相关应用.
The self-assembly of amphiphiles primarily focus on the non-covalent interactions between mole cules, which can self-assemble into the stable aggregation with various nano-structures. In addition, the self- assembly and disassembly of amphiphiles are realized by means of external stimuli response. The morphology of the original shape of amphiphiles changes under the condition of external stimulation, due to intrinsic prop erties of good controllability and reversibility of the non covalent bond. This paper reviews stimuli-responsive self-assembly of small organic molecules, polymers, biomolecules, and introduces the related application of amphiphilic molecules.
