实现非洲大陆的工业化,始终是非洲国家独立后追求的目标,这个目标贯穿于非洲国家发展的全过程,这是非洲大陆实现工业化的根本动力和基础。非洲的工业化进程已经具有近百年的历史,尤其是非洲国家在独立后,对于工业化进行了坚持不懈的探索,这不但为非洲工业化积累了宝贵的历史经验,也为非洲工业化奠定了必要的物质基础,这是非洲大陆工业化的历史积淀。进入21世纪,非洲国家在总结历史经验教训的基础上,利用有利的国际、国内形势,制定了较为合理的工业化发展政策,扎实启动了非洲大陆的"再工业化"进程。21世纪成为非洲大陆工业化的最佳时期,这是非洲大陆工业化的现实希望。鉴于上述因素,非洲大陆未来不但不会失去工业化的机会,而是大有希望。

To realize the industrialization is always the target of all African countries. The policy of industrialization has run through the whole process of Africa＇s development. It＇s the basic power and foundation for African industrialization. Since independence, African countries have been exploring the way of industrialization, which not only accumulated valuable historical experience, but also has laid a necessary material base for African industrialization. Entering the 21st century, African countries summarized the historical experience and lessons for industrialization, used the favorable international and domestic situation, and then formulated the reasonable policy for industrialization. Now, it is the best period of industrialization in African continent. In view of the above factors, Africa never loses the opportunity of industrialization and will continue to accelerate the process.
