复吹转炉底吹可视化工艺优化实践

摘要 为降低钢水中氧含量,促进夹杂物上浮,需要确保良好的转炉底吹性能。通过研究复吹转炉底吹可视化工艺,对底吹供气元件及其安装结构进行不断改进,配以一系列辅助措施。以可视化验证良好的底吹通透性,确保碳氧积的稳定控制。稳定的碳氧积控制可以提高吹炼终点的钢水质量,保证了下道工序的稳定顺行。 In order to reduce the oxygen content in molten steel and promote the floating of inclusions, the good bottom-blowing performance of converter is need to be ensured. Through study on the visualization in the bottom blowing process of combined-blowing converter, the bottom-blowing gas supply device and its installation structure were improved constantly, with a series of supplementary measures, the visualiza- tion process was used to verify the good permeability of bottom-blowing to ensure the stability control of carbon-oxygen equilibrium. The stable control of carbon-oxygen equilibrium could increase the quality of molten steel at blowing end-point and ensure the smooth operation of next processes.
