炼钢厂1#连铸机二冷系统气雾冷却通过改造,提高了铸坯冷却的均匀性,解决了铸坯凹陷、内裂等问题,产品质量有了较大提升,为带钢产品的结构调整打下了基础。
Through the transformation of air-spray cooling in the secondary cooling system of No. 1 contin- uous casing machine in the steelmaking plant, the cooling uniformity of slabs was improved, the problems of slab pitting and inside cracking were solved, and thus, the product quality was greatly promoted, hav- ing laid a foundation for the product structure adjustment of strip products.
