摘要
介绍了炼钢厂大包长水口保护浇注情况,并针对直筒大包长水口的敞开浇注工艺进行了分析,设计了喇叭大包长水口,实现了挂大包长水口插入中间包钢水液面以下开浇,提高了钢水洁净度。
The protective casting of ladle long nozzle in the steelmaking plant was introduced in the paper, the analysis on the open casting of straight-tube ladle long nozzle was carried out, and the trumpet-shape ladle long nozzle was designed, realizing the casting under the condition that ladle long nozzle inserted below the liquid level of molten steel of tundish, and thus, the cleanliness of molten steel was improved.
