摘要
通过分析225 t冶金起重机主起升机构龙门梁主要组成与应用,采用计算机辅助分析软件对龙门梁进行数字建模,选取生产过程中的最大动载荷,对龙门梁关键部件板钩受力情况进行仿真分析,得到最大应力位置与危险截面位置相符,并对危险截面受力状况理论计算数值进行比较,得出结果基本一致,为后续龙门梁动态特性分析提供基础依据,同时对龙门梁全寿命周期管理提供重要参考。
In the paper, the analysis on the main components and application of gantry beam, the hoisting mechanism of 225t metallurgy crane, was carried out, the computer aided analysis software was adopted to carry out the digital modeling for gantry beam, and by selecting the maximum dynamic load in the pro- duction process, the simulation analysis on the stress situation of flat hook, one key component of gantry beam, was carried out. The result showed that the maximum stress position agreed with the dangerous section position, moreover, compared with the theoretical calculation values about the stress state at the dangerous section, the results were basically identical, providing a basis for dynamic characteristic analysis on the gantry beam, at the same time, providing an important reference for the management of gantry beam within it's whole life cycle.
