潮州菜用料广博而以海鲜见长,口味清鲜,素菜荤做,精于制汤,巧用酱碟,此中包含的养生保健元素具有借鉴意义。从潮州菜、潮汕砂锅粥、功夫茶到潮汕小吃的烹制艺术,都反映了养生保健的理念贯穿在潮汕饮食文化中。
Chaozhou cuishine,a cuishine with a wide variety of incredients,is well received by its typical seafoods,delicious tastes,meat-vegelable combination,delicately made soups,and skillfully-used sauces and plates. The health care elements in Chaozhou cuisine is of great reference. Chaozhou cuisine, casserole porridge, kungfu tea and Chaoshan snacks all reflect penetration of health care concept throughout the catering culture in Chaoshan.
