摘要
将智能变电站分立信息与主站端一次设备图元进行逻辑耦合思想引入到故障智能告警及其决策过程中,将反映电网设备的状态元素逻辑值按照一定的逻辑运算法则进行耦合运算,根据耦合结果触发告警机制、异常判据和处置决策;以监控主站端线路间隔、主变单元异常和故障信息为研究对象,阐述了基于调控一体化集中控制模式下电网设备异常及故障工况信息的逻辑耦合实现途径;研究表明逻辑耦合减少了80%以上的无关信息对故障分析的干扰,数倍提高了处理效率。
The concepts of separate information in smart transformer station and logical coupling of primary graphic elements in master station are introduced in the intelligent warning of faults and decision-making process. The static element logic value affecting the grid devices works according certain logic operation under logic coupling, which gives warning mechanism, criterion and decision. With monitoring master station lines and abnormal unit and fault information as research objective, the logic coupling is realized based on centralized dispatching grid devices. The results show that this method reduces more than 80% irrelevant information disturbing fault analysis, which substantially improves the efficiency of trouble shooting for power grid monitors.
