摘要
以福建省最大装机规模光伏电站为例,阐述了大型光伏电站的并网原理,全面分析论述了光伏电站接入电网规程规定要求。从电力系统一次系统和二次系统两部分设计分析了其接入方案,主要包括光伏电站接入电压等级、接入电网回路数、方案的比选、推荐接入方案对系统的影响(如电压波动等电能质量指标)以及继电保护、调度自动化、电能计量、通信等方面设计。此文将为后续开发大型光伏电站或同等规模、电压等级接入的光伏电站接入系统工程提供技术参考。
Exampled by the photovoltaic power station of the largest scale of installation capacity in Fujian, this paper elaborates the grid connection principle of large-scale photovoltaic power station, and comprehensively analyzes the requirements of rules for the connection of photovoltaic power station to power grid. It analyzes the connection program from the design of two parts: primary system and secondary system of electric system,mainly including the connecting voltage class of photovoltaic power station, the number of loops of power grid connected, comparison and selection of programs, influences of recommended connection program on the system(e.g. voltage fluctuation and other power quality indexes),as well as the design of relay protection,dispatching automation, electric energy measuring and communication. This paper will provide technical reference for the follow-up development of large-scale photovoltaic power stations and the connection system engineering of photovoltaic power stations of the same scale and voltage class.
