三电平H桥逆变器差模干扰预测模型研究

摘要 在进行传导干扰分析时,要考虑频带较宽,频率较高。在高频下,各种电路元件和导线都会体现与工频下不同的特性。因此,必须考虑元器件和导线的高频特性,建立高频模型,才能完成精度较高的传导干扰分析。此文建立了三电平H桥逆变器共模传导干扰高频预测模型,通过计算得到了差模传导干扰电流的频谱,开展实验检验了预测结果。分析了三电平H桥逆变器网侧差模传导干扰传播路径,建立了三电平H桥逆变器差模传导干扰高频模型,通过仿真得到了差模传导干扰电流频谱,开展实验,检验了预测结果。 When carrying out analysis of conducted interference,it is essential to consider that the frequency band is relatively wider,while the frequency is relatively higher. At high frequency,various circuit components and wires will show different characteristics at power frequency. Thus,it is essential to consider the high frequency characteristics of components and parts and wires and build a high frequency model so as to complete the conducted interference of higher precision. This paper builds a three-level inverter H-bridge inverter common mode conducted interference high frequency prediction model,obtains the frequency spectrum of differential mode conducted interference current and carries out experiments to verify the prediction results.This paper analyzes the propagation path of differential mode conducted interference at the three-level inverter H-bridge inverter,builds a three-level inverter H-bridge inverter differential mode conducted interference high frequency model,obtains the frequency spectrum of differential mode conducted interference current through simulation and carries out experiments to verify the prediction results.
