基于对标提升的充电服务网络运营体系研究应用

摘要 随着国家对节能和新能源汽车发展的规划和实施,奖励力度不断加大,地方政府采购纯电动公交车的数量和线路投入不断增加,电网企业也相应加快了充电设施的规划和建设,以各类充电站为依托的主要配套设施也相应增多,形成了比较完善的充电服务网络。通过对标手段,细化运营指标,强化对不断增加的充电站的管理,能够有效做好充电站安全运营管理,为客户提供优质的充电服务,并为我国车联网的全面建设实施和运营提供支持和借鉴。 With the national planning and implementation of energy conservation and new energy vehicle development, as well as the increase in incentives, local governments have constantly increased the investment in the number and lines of pure electric buses, and electric power grid enterprises have also speeded up the planning and construction of charging facilities, and main auxiliary facilities supported by various charging stations have also increased, forming a relatively perfect charging service network. By means of indicator system, refinement of operation indexes and enhancement in the management of increasing charging stations, we can effectively complete the safe operation management of charging stations, provide customers with high-quality charging service and provide supporting and reference to the all-round construction implementation and operation of internet of vehicles of our country.
