模糊控制算法在非晶合金铁心热处理工艺中的应用

摘要 非晶合金变压器铁心进行热处理的目的在于消除带材在高速冷却过程中和铁心在剪切、成型过程中产生的应力。应力越大,铁心的损耗越大和所需激磁功率也越大。文中研究分析了不同非晶合金带材在热处理保温期间的温升情况,在MATLAB平台上编写了热处理分析软件。软件运用模糊算法,根据对过往热处理数据进行分析,给定参考工艺,并且通过试验验证了软件给定工艺的可行性。 The purpose for heat treatment of amorphous alloy transformer core is to remove the stress produced during the high-speed cooling process of strip steel and the shearing and forming process of core. The larger the stress is, the larger the core loss is and the larger the exciting power is needed. This paper researches and analyzes the temperature rise conditions of different amorphous alloy materials during the thermal insulation period of heat treatment and compiles the analysis software of heat treatment on the MATLAB platform. The software analyzes the previous heat treatment data by use of the fuzzy algorithm,provides a reference technology and proves the feasibility of the technology given by the software through experiment.
