摘要 近年来,投运时间较早的110kV ZGU2(7727)型直线输电线路铁塔因角钢尺寸设计余度不足,极端天气工况下容易发生倒塌事故。对此,采用焊接技术实现输电铁塔一体化强度提升加固,这在国内属于首例,实现了不停电状态下通过焊接技术对运行中的铁塔进行加固补强的目标。目前在役的ZGU2型输电铁塔数量巨大,文中着眼于山东省电力公司110kV ZGU2型输电铁塔加固工程项目建设的实际情况,对铁塔焊接加固施工质量、安全、进度的控制进行归纳总结,供同行们借鉴。 In recent years, the 110 kV ZGU2(7727) straight line transmission line towers put into operation early have been liable to collapse in the working condition of extreme weather due to the lack of allowance in the size design of steel angles. Thus,welding technology is adopted to realize the integration stringent improvement and reinforcement of transmission tower, which is the first case at home, realizing the objective of reinforcing and strengthening towers in operation through welding technology under the condition of no power outage. At present,the number of in-service ZGU2 transmission towers is huge. Based on the actual situation of reinforcement engineering project construction of 110 kV ZGU2 transmission towers of Shandong Electric Power Company, this paper summarizes the control over the tower welding reinforcement construction quality,safety and progress so as to provide reference to the peer.
