Enterprise culture is the core competence in enterprise. How to deepen spreading enterprise culture and put into practice is important to enterprise. The construction mode plays an important rule. As an important base of education and training of State Grid, State Grid of China Technology College explores the practice of Point-Line-Plane mode under the ＂five unifications＂ enterprise culture construction. In terms of enterprise culture construction, the college grasps key points, and connects the key points to a boutique line, leading the whole plane by the boutique line, thus to push the deep spreading of enterprise culture and effective landing in enterprise management.
