计算机应用技术在工程项目管理中的应用研讨

Discussion of application of computer application technology in engineering project management

随着我国城市化建设的普及,建筑工程行业既迎来了空前的发展机遇,又遇到了变革难题。传统的工程项目管理手段已不能满足当前项目施工的要求,而计算机技术的应用较好地满足了建筑行业发展的要求,能有效地提高项目管理效率,节约项目管理成本,增加项目的经济效益和社会效益。文章通过探讨计算机应用技术在工程项目管理工作中的应用现状以及不足,结合具体应用案例提出一些提升信息技术应用率的发展方案,以期能够为具体应用实践及研究提供理论参考。

With the popularization of China＇s urbanization,the construction industry is confrontedwith problems of change as well as un precedented opportunities for development. The traditional project management methods have been unable to meet the requirements of t he presentproject construction. The application of computer technology meets the requirements of the development of the construction in dustry well,which can improve the project management efifciency,save the cost of project management,increase the economic beneifts and social beneifts of the project. The article discusses the application status and deifciency of computer application technology in the project management,and puts forward some development plans of promoting the utility rate of information technology combining with the speciifc application case,in order to provide theoretical reference for the practice and research.
