电子政务环境下政府信息资源共享模式与运行机制研究

Research on the sharing mode and operation mechanism of government information resources under the e-government environment

信息技术同政府职能的有效结合,是电子政务产生的基础。在电子政务有效实施的过程中,政府要想充分发挥信息处理及应用功能,就要积极构建科学的信息资源共享模式以及运行机制。在这种情况下,文章从公共数据中心和政务信息交换平台两个角度出发,对电子政务环境下政府信息资源共享模式展开了探讨,并从政府和技术两个角度出发深入研究了政府信息资源共享运行机制。

The effective combination of information technology with the functions of the government, is the foundation of e-government. In the process of effective implementation of e-government , the government should build scientiifc information resources sharing mode and operation mechanism actively in order to give full play to the functions of information processing and application.Under this situation, this paper discusses the government information resources sharing mode under the environment of e-government from the public data center and government information exchange platform, and studys the government information resources sharing operating mechanism deeply from the government and technology.
