社会的发展和进步带动了人们生活水平的提高,在衣食住行这些基本生活保障得到满足的基础上,人们开始追求更高程度的需求,现今社会人们对食物的外观、口感、营养和健康这些问题越来越重视,尤其是食品卫生环节的安全问题,因为这些问题关系到个人的身体健康程度,所以食品卫生安全问题是现今社会必须要重视的问题。

Development of society accelerates the improvement of people’s quality of life nowadays,therefore,people begin to pursue higher needs when their basic life necessities are met,including clothing,food,shelter and transportation. At present,people attach more importance to appearance,taste, nutrition and health of the food,especial y for safety issues of food hygiene. Since these issues are quite related to people’s health,thus,food hygiene and safety issue is the problem that the society must pay attention.
