领导干部是党和国家的宝贵财富,他们所承担的职务、责任、高强度的脑力劳动、紧张的工作和社会活动,必然要求其具备健康的身体和健康的心理。为使这一群体身心俱佳的投入工作,作为专职干部保健部门,首先加强政治思想建设,增强保健队伍的责任意识。其次加强保健制度建设,规范干部保健管理。第三,发挥专家团队作用,提高保健服务质量。第四,注重日常保健工作细节,提高保健对象满意度。第五,开展健康教育工作,提升保健对象健康意识。按照栗战书主任提出的"政治上绝对忠诚可靠、技术上精益求精、服务上全心全意、工作上万无一失、纪律上严守秘密"的要求,努力做好干部保健工作,提高保健工作的制度化、规范化和科学化水平,在工作中创新思路,不断提升干部健康管理服务能力。
