急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿化疗前后25-羟维生素D_3水平变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 对化疗前后的ALL(急性淋巴细胞白血病)的患儿血清25-(OH)D_3表现出的水平及其与健康儿童的对比加以探讨。方法选取在我科住院治疗的2~12岁急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿为研究对象,同时设健康儿童作为对照组,对所有儿童的血清25-(OH)D_3表现出的水平以“串联质谱法”加以检测,并且对其甲状旁腺素(PTH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、磷(P)、钙(Ca)之类物质的水平加以检测。给ALL患儿给予系统化疗,并在第6、12个月(其间均规律化疗)分别对其血清25-(OH)D_3情况做出复查。结果 相比于对照组,ALL患儿的初诊血清25-(OH)D_3情况均获得了降低且差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。比较各危险分型组初诊ALL患儿的血清25-(OH)D_3水平,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。ALL患儿化疗后半年和1年的血清25-(OH)D_3水平都和初诊相比有上升,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。同时其化疗后和健康者相比,25-(OH)D_3水平差异并无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。而PTH、ALP、P、Ca方面,初诊ALL患儿相比于对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 初诊ALL患儿在血清25-(OH)D_3的表现水平方面低于健康儿童,而这一数据则和血清PTH、ALP、P、Ca等水平关系不大,且其化疗后血清25-(OH)D_3水平较初诊时提高,达到健康儿童水平。 Objective Before and after chemotherapy in ALL(acute lymphoblastic leukemia)of serum 25-(OH)D3 levels and exhibited to explore and contrast the level of healthy children. Methods In our department lymphocytes in children 2 ~ 12 years of age hospitalized with acute leukemia for the study,and provided healthy children as a“control group”for al children serum 25-(OH)D3 levels to exhibit“tandem mass Spectrometry”to be detected,and its PTH(parathyroid hormone),ALP(alkaline phosphatase),P(phosphorus),to detect the level of Ca(calcium)or the like substances. Given to systemic chemotherapy in children with ALL,and make their serum 25-(OH)D3,respectively,in the case of the first 6 and 12 months(average during the rule of chemotherapy)review. Results Compared with the control group,ALL children with newly diagnosed serum 25-(OH)D3 circumstances and have gained significantly reduce significantly different(P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in serum to compare the risk of newly diagnosed children with ALL type group of 25-(OH)D3 levels(P > 0.05). ALL children after six months of chemotherapy and serum 25-year(OH)D3 levels were compared to newly diagnosed and has a more significant increase and have significant differences(P< 0.05). At the same time after their chemotherapy and compared to healthy subjects,25 were not significantly different(OH)D3 levels(P >0.05). And PTH,ALP,P,Ca and the like aspect,with newly diagnosed ALL patients compared with the control group,no excessive difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion ALL diagnosed in children below the performance level of serum 25-(OH)D3 aspect of healthy children,and this data is and serum PTH,ALP,P,Ca and so little to the level,and the post-chemotherapy serum 25(OH)D3 levels when compared with newly diagnosed significantly increased,reaching the level of children's health.
