普外科临床中急性阑尾炎60例诊治体会

Clinical Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment of 60 Cases of Acute Appendicitis in Department of General Surgery

目的分析普外科对急性阑尾炎的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性的分析60例阑尾切除患者的临床资料,研究感染发生的因素以及预防措施。结果患者年龄、手术时间、大量使用广谱抗生素都是感染的主要原因。结论急性阑尾炎确诊后需要及时进行手术治疗,对术后可能发生感染的相关因素进行充分的考虑,给予患者必要的预防措施以减少术后感染的情况发生。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in department of general surgery. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively. The factors and preventive measures of the infection were studied. Results The main causes of infection were the age of the patients,the time of operation,and the extensive use of broad spectrum antibiotics. Conclusion The diagnosis of acute appendicitis need timely treatment,on postoperative infection may occur related factors were considered,given with necessary preventive measures to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection.
