复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的疗效评价

Evaluation Compound Trabeculectomy for Glaucoma

目的 探究复合式小梁切除术用于青光眼临床治疗的疗效。方法 选择2014年2月~2015年2月本院接收的82例青光眼患者,随机划分作研究组和对照组,均入组41例,前者手术方式为复合式小梁切除术,后者为传统小梁切除术,比较两种术式疗效和术后并发症发生状况。结果 治疗前,两组患者眼压比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;治疗后两组眼压均得到控制,且研究组眼压恢复效果较对照组优,P〈0.05,有统计学意义;研究组和对照组的并发症发生率分别为4.88%、19.51%,研究组较低,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 青光眼患者应用复合式小梁切除术进行治疗有切确效果,眼压改善理想。

Objective Explore the efficacy of compound trabeculectomy for glaucoma treatment. Methods Election from February 2014 to February 2015 the court received 82 cases of glaucoma patients,random division for research and control groups,they were enrol ed in 41 cases,the former is a composite surgical trabeculectomy,the latter is the traditional trabeculectomy,comparison of two procedures in the treatment of postoperative complications and health. Results Before treatment,the difference between the two groups of patients with IOP less,P ＆gt; 0.05,no statistical significance,after treatment,IOP was control ed,and the IOP study group compared with the control group were excel ent recovery effect,P ＆lt;0.05,statistical y significant,study groups and the incidence of complications in control group were 4.88%,19.51%,lower research group,P ＆lt; 0.05, statistical y significant. Conclusion Glaucoma patients with complex trabeculectomy for treatment effects have cut indeed,improve intraocular pressure over recommended.
