两种术式治疗前列腺增生的临床效果对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Two Kinds of Surgical Treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 探讨经尿道等离子前列腺电切术（PKRP）和剜除术（PKEP）两种术式对于前列腺增生的临床治疗效果。方法 选取自2014年4月~2015年8月在我院拟诊为前列腺增生的患者84例,随机分为2组,分别采用PKRP和PKEP治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的手术时间,术中出血量,切除组织量以及手术并发症,随访6个月,比较术后IPSS及QOL评分。结果 两组患者手术时间与术后并发症发生率差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）;术中出血量,切除组织量差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;随访6个月,两组生活质量及前列腺症状好转（P〈0.05）。结论 PKEP术能够减少术中出血量以及组织切除量。

Objective To explore effects of PKRP and PKEP. Methods 84 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were chosen in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2015,and randomly divided into 2 groups with PKRP and PKEP. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss, tissue volume resection,complications,IPSS and QOL score after 6 months were compared. Results Operation time and postoperative complications were not significantly different（P ＆gt; 0.05）,blood loss and excised tissue volume were significantly different between 2 groups（P＆lt; 0.05）. After 6 months of follow-up,the quality of life and prostate symptoms had been improved significantly in the two groups（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion PKEP has better effects and should be given clinical promotion.
