推拿结合针刺疗法治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效评析

Efficacy of Tunia and Acupuncture Therapy of Periarthritis Humeroscapularis

目的探讨针刺结合推拿治疗肩关节周围炎的效果。方法随机将96例肩关节周围炎患者分为两组,对照组行推拿治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行针灸治疗。结果观察组总有效率、VAS评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合推拿治疗肩关节周围炎效果理想。

Objective To explore the effect oftunia and acupuncture on periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods We divided 96 patients into two groups, control group used tunia therapy, and observation group used acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate, VAS score of observation group were significantly better than the control Woup （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of acupuncture combined with tunia in the treatment ofperiarthritis humeroscapularis is ideal.
