通乳合剂在我院治疗产后缺乳的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tongru Mixture for Treatment of Postpartum Hypogalactia in Our Hospital

目的 探讨通乳合剂在我院治疗产后缺乳的临床治疗效果。方法 本次研究对象选取本院在2014年11月~2016年3月收治的90例产后缺乳患者,按照患者的入院顺序将患者分为两组,观察组和对照组组患者各45例。其中对照组患者实施常规通草炖猪蹄汤治疗,观察组患者采取通乳合剂进行治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.6%,优于对照组患者80.0%的总有效率,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 通乳合剂在我院治疗产后缺乳上能够补气养血,疏经通络,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of tongn＇u mixture in our hospital for treatment of postparttun hypogalactia. Methods This study selected 90 cases of postpartum breast deficiency in our hospital from November 2014 to March 2016, according to the patient＇s admission order were divided into two groups, observation group and control group 45 cases. The control group received routine pith stewed pig＇s trotters sonp treatment, patients in the observation group adopt tongrtl mixture treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effiect, Resnlts The total effective rate of the observation g-roup was 95.6%, which was significantly better than that of the control group （ 80% ）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The milk mixture in our hospital for treatment of postpartum hypolactation can nourshing qi, dredging meridians, improve the rate of breast feeding.
