中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Diarrhea Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的观察逍遥散加味联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将110例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者分为两组。治疗组55例,口服逍遥散加味联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊治疗;对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀胶囊。结果总有效率:治疗组89.3%,对照组76.8%。结论逍遥散加味联合马来酸曲美布汀胶囊对腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe effects of xiaoyaosan prescription combined with trimebutine trimebutine maleate capsules in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome clinical efficacy,. Methods 110 patients with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome were divided into two groups. 55 cases in the treatment group, oral xiaoyaosan prescription combined with trimebutine meibuting capsule in the treatment, the control group was treated with trinaebutine trimebutine maleate capsules. Results The total effective rate： treatment group 89.3%, control group 76.8%. Conclusion Xiaoyaosan modified with maleic trimebutin maleate in capsule on diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome clinical curative effect is better.
