阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及对策

Analysis of Impacts of Vaginal Secretions on Urine Routine Test Results and Corresponding Counter Measures

目的探讨阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响及预防对策。方法随机将140例妇科疾病患者平均分为两组,对照组行常规尿液采集法进行检测,观察组则于清除阴道分泌物后采集尿液进行检测,比较两组检查结果。结果观察组红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞及蛋白质检测率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会影响尿常规检验结果。

Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal secretion on urine routine test and the countermeasures. Methods We divided 140 patients into two groups, control group received urine routine sampling method, and observation group used the urine collecting checks after preventing vaginal secretions out, compared the effects of two groups. Results The detection rate of red blood cells, white blood cells, epithelial cells and protein ot observation group were significantly better than control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Vaginal secretions have varying degrees of impact on the results of routine urine test.
