目的 研究并探讨微生物在临床检验质量的保证和其改进策略。方法 选取本院于2014年5月~2015年5月就诊的60例微生物检验案例进行回顾性分析,并将改进前和改进后的检验结果进行对比。结果 改进后的的微生物检验的差错率为0,低于改进前的差错率11.00%,通过比较发现,改进前与改进后的差异具有统计意义。结论 由此可见,做好微生物检验质量的保证并改进检验策略能够提高微生物检验质量的临床可行性,减少差错的发生。

Objective To study and explore, microorganisms in the quality assurance of clinical examination and its improvement strategies. Methods 60 cases of microbiolugical examination in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the results were compared before and after the improvement. Results The error rate of the improved microbiological test was 0, which was much lower than that of the previous error rate 11% By comparison, it was found that the difference between the former and the improved was statistically significant. Conclusion Therefore, the clinical feasibility of microbiological testing to ensure good quality and improved inspection stratcgy can improve the quality of microbiological examination, the number Of erroloccurred.
