超声对慢性肾功能衰竭继发甲状旁腺增生的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Ultrasonography on Parathyroid Hyperplasia Secondary to Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨超声对慢性肾功能衰竭继发甲状旁腺增生的临床诊断意义。方法回顾性总结我院58例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,观察临床结果,并以病理检查结果作为金标准。结果超声检查发现87枚甲状旁腺增生,病理检查结果为81枚,诊断符合率为93.10%。结论超声诊断慢性肾功能衰竭继发甲状旁腺增生准确率高。

Objective To analyze the diagqmstic value of ultrasound on parathyroid hyperplasia secondary tn chronic renal failure. Methods We chose clinical data of 58 cases, observing the clinical results, and chose pathologic findings as the gold standard. Results Ultrasound examination revealed 87 parathyroid hyperplasia, pathological findings of 81, diaeresis rate was 93.10%. Conclusion The accuracy of ultrasound on parathyroid hyperplasia secondary to chronic renal failure is high.
