不同剂量舒芬太尼对腹部手术患者静脉镇痛的影响

Effect of Different Doses of Sufentanil Intravenous Analgesia for Patients With Abdominal Operation

目的探究不同剂量舒芬太尼对腹部手术患者静脉镇痛的影响。方法选取我院收治的56例行腹部手术患者,随机分组,各28例。对照组予以0.5μg/kg舒芬太尼,研究组予以1.0μg/kg舒芬太尼。统计两组患者镇痛效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组术后24 h疼痛评分低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率10.7%与对照组21.4%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对行腹部手术患者予以1.0μg/kg舒芬太尼镇痛,可有效提高其镇痛效果,其安全性较高。

Objective To explore the influence of different doses of sufentanil in intravenous analgesia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 56, cases of abdominal operation in our hospital were selected, random grouping, each of 28 cases. The control group received 0.5 μg/kg sufentanil, the study group was treated with 1 μg/kg sufentanil. The analgesic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results Pain score at 24 hours after operation of the study group was lower than that of the control group 24 hours after peration,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） . The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.7% comparecl with the control group 21.4%, the clifference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion The abdominal surgery patients given 1.0 μg/kg sufentanil analgesia, can effectively improve the analgesic effect, higher safety and in the clinical treatment is worth popularization and application.
