消毒供应工作在医院感染预防中的价值分析

Value of Work in the Sterile Supply of Hospital Infection Prevention

目的 对消毒供应工作在医院感染预防中的价值进行分析。方法 于2013年3月11日~2014年3月11日在医院感染预防中实施常规消毒管理,以此作为对照组,于2014年4月12日~2015年4月12日在医院感染预防中实施改进消毒供应工作,以此作为实验组,并对比两组的无菌检验合格率、医院感染发生率。结果 实验组的无菌检验合格率高于对照组,医院感染发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论 消毒供应工作在医院感染预防中具有积极的应用价值。

Objective Analysis of the value of disinfection supply in hospital infection prevention. Methods During the period fi＇om Marcia 11 , 2013 to March 11, 2014 in the hospital infection prevention in the implementation of routine disinfection management, to serve as a control group, from April 12, 2014 to April 12, 2015, in the hospital infection prevention to hnprove the implementation of disinfection and supply, so as the experimental group, and compared two groups of sterility test qualified rate and the incidence rate of hospital infection. Results The sterility test of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of nosocomial int＇ection was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Disinfection and supply work has positive application value in the prevention of hospital infection.
