整体护理在老年慢性胃炎患者中的护理效果研究

Nursing Effect of Holistic Nursing Care in Elderly Patients With Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨在老年慢性胃炎患者中实施整体护理的效果分析。方法选取我院老年慢性胃炎患者90例作为本次研究对象,按照随机法则平均分为45例对照组和45例观察组。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组实施常规护理加整体护理措施,对比两组患者的临床护理效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。结果观察组患者总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性患者实施整体护理措施,有助于缓解老年患者的不良心理情绪,帮助患者积极的面对治疗,提高了治疗效果,同时提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care in elderly patients with chronic gastritis. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital as the research object, according to the random rule is divided into 45 cases of the control group and 45 cases of observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, the observation group was given routine nursing care .rod the whole nursing measures. The clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared and the influence on the quality of life of the patients. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Implementation ofholistic nursing of senile chronic patients, help to alleviate the elderly patients with adverse psychological and emotional, to help patients with a positive face treatment, significantly improve the therapeutic effect, and at the same time, improve the quality of life of patients.
