摘要
目的 本文主要研究子宫癌患者的术后护理,希望能通过系统的护理措施来改善子宫癌患者的术后生活质量。方法 选取2015年2月~2016年2月来我院进行子宫癌手术的26例患者为研究对象,随机分为13例常规护理组和13例综合干预组,探讨针对子宫癌患者制定的护理措施,分析其不同的护理效果。结果 通过细致周到的术后护理干预之后,患者术后生活质量提高,综合评定综合干预组各方面均优于常规护理组。结论 对子宫癌术后患者采用针对性的综合干预护理措施有助于帮助患者术后康复,减轻患者负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective In this paper, we mainly study the postoperative nursing care of patients with uterine cancer, and hope to improve the quality of life of patients with uterine cancer by systematic nursing measures. Methods Select from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital for 26 cases of uterine cancer surgery as the object of study, were randomly divided into for 13 cases of routine nursing group and 13 cases of comprehensive intervention group, to investigate the nursing measures for patients with uterine cancer to develop, analysis the different effect of nursing. Results Through careful and thoughtful postoperative nursing intervention, the patients＇ quality of life was improved obviously, and the comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive intervention group was better than that of the conventional nursing group. Conclusion It is helpful to ilnprove the patients＇ negative emotions and improve the life quality of the patients with uterine cancer after operation by adopting the comprehensive intervention nursing measures.
