心血管内科护理中不安全因素分析

Analysis on the Unsafe Factors in the Nursing of Cardiovascular Department of Internal Medicine

目的 分析并总结出现在心血管内科的护理中的诸多不安全因素,并列举相应的护理对策。方法 选取2013年1月~2015年1月我院心血管内科收治的120例患者,回顾分析患者的临床护理资料,总结出存在于心血管内科护理中的不安全因素。结果 回顾发现不安全因素主要有医院护理人员因素、患者自身因素及环境因素等。结论 通过加强护患沟通和交流,加强护理人员的职业操守和护理水平,加强医院的软硬件设施实力,改善住院环境等措施可有效预防和改善存在于心血管内科护理中的不安全因素。

Objective To analyze and summarize the risk factors in cardiovascular nursing in department of internal medicine, and list the corresponding nursing counternleasures; Methods During the period from January 2013 to January 2015, 120 patients admitted to the cardiovascular deparment of internal medicine in our hospital. To review and analyze the clinical nursing data of patients, and sunlmarize the risk factors that exist in the cardiovascular department o（ internal medicine nursing. Results The unsafe factors of cardiovascular department nf iuternal medicine nursing process are the main factors of nursing staff, the patient＇s own tactors and environmental factors. Conclusion By strengthening nurse patient communication and exchange, strengthen the nursing staff of professional ethics and the level of care, improving hospital environment and other measures can effectively prevent and improve the existing in the unsafe factors of nursing in the department of cardiology.
