延续护理对乳腺癌术后生命质量的影响分析

Extended Care on Quality of Life After Breast Cancer Analysis

目的 对乳腺癌术后患者应用延续护理的效果以及对患者生命质量的影响进行分析研究。方法 选取于2013年6月~2016年2月在我院接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者89例,并随机分为对照组（43例）和实验组（46例）,对分别应用常规护理和延续护理的效果进行对照研究。结果 实验组患者在躯体领域、角色领域、认知领域、情绪领域以及社会领域5个功能领域的生活质量评分均高于对照组,t=5.84,5.41,5.93,5.31,5.77,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 乳腺癌患者应用延续护理的效果十分理想,对于患者术后生命质量的提高具有十分重要的临床推动价值。

Objective Breast cancer patients after application of extended care effect and impact on the quality of life of patients to be studied. Methods From June 2013 to February 2016 in our hospital patients with breast cancer surgery. 89 patients were randomly divided into the reference group （ 43 cases ） and experimental group （ 46 cases ）, were applied for routine care and extended care results were compared. Results The patients in the field of physical, role in the field, cognitive, emotional and social field fields five functional areas of quality of life scores were significantly higher than the reference group, t=5.84, 5.41, 5.93, 5.31, 5.77, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of extended care of breast cancer patients is ideal for improving the quality of life of patients after surgery to promote the value of clinical importance.
