心理护理干预对脑卒中抑郁焦虑患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Mental State and Quality of Life of Patients With Depression and Anxiety in Patients With Stroke

目的 探讨心理护理干预对脑卒中抑郁焦虑患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年9月~2016年2月我院接收的91例脑卒中抑郁焦虑患者,随机分组,观察组46例,对照组45例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组实施心理护理干预,观察两组心理状态及生活质量变化情况。结果 护理前两组SDS评分、SAS评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 心理护理干预可有效改善脑卒中患者抑郁焦虑心理,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on mental state and quality of life of patients with depression and anxiety in patients with stroke. Methods From September 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital received 91 cases of cerebral stroke anxiety and depression patients, were randomly divided into observed group （ 46 cases ）, 45 cases in the control group, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group to implement psychological nursing intervention, two groups of psychological status and quality of life changes were observed. Results The two groups of nursing SDS scores, SAS scores, quality of life score, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）, after treatment, the observation group SDS, SAS scores were lower than the control group, the quality of life score was higher difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conelusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve depression and anxiety in patients with stroke and improve the quality of life of patients.
