摘要
目的探讨三镜联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的护理方法和护理效果。方法将本院接受治疗的60例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,60例患者均采用三镜联合方法治疗,并于围手术期给予综合性护理,观察患者的护理效果。结果60例患者均取石成功,术后临床症状改善。结论对采用三镜联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的患者实施综合性护理可提高取石成功率。
Objective To explore the nursing methods and nursing effect of three mirror combined treatment of patients with gallbladder stone and common bile duct stones. Methods 60 cases of gallbladder stones with bile duct stones in patients as the object of study in the hospital, 6（3 patients were treated with combined three endoscopes in methods of treatment and in peri operative period give comprehensive nursing, observation of the effect of nursing care for patients with. Results 60 patients were successfully removed, the clinical symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion The successful rate of stone removal can be improved by using three glasses combined with the treatment of common bile duct stones in patients with gallbladder stone.
